When establishing contact with the provider (for example via the contact form or e-mail) the data given by the user is saved in order to process the request and in case any further questions should arise later on.

When users leave comments or other contributions, their IP addresses are stored. This is done for security of the provider, if someone unlawfully writes comments and posts content (insults, banned political propaganda, etc.). In this case the provider can even be prosecuted for the comments or posts of the services users and is therefore interested in the identity of the author.
